Singapore has progressed a long way since our national building years. What was once a fishing village has become the iconic little red dot, famous for being known as a Garden City of the world, filled with modern with skyscrapers. The transformation of our nation is significant and can be seen through the changes in our architechural styles, from the classic iconic buildings such as the Former National Theatre and Rochor Center to our modern Esplanade and MBS. Even though these buildings can no longer be seen, the memories of them will never be forgotten and will continue to inspire generations to come.
