This sculpture depicts a hummingbird in flight, feeding on the nectar in the stigma of a flower. It represents the desire to achieve a level of obsession and focus on our goals that rivals that of a hummingbird’s life or death need to find nectar or face starvation, despite many challenges like uncertainty or procrastination.

The film aims to encourage people to actively seek out their passion and put in effort for their self-development; these are my ideas of being Alive. If you stayed passive and detached, made no effort to break out of the daily monotony, you would simply remain as surviving.
