Garden through Time
Plasticine, tea, popsicle sticks, lighter, glue
29.7 x 42 cm
This work represents time passing by as technology continues to develop. I made several small fenced areas to represent old-fashioned gardens, which were more common in the olden times when technology didn't exist yet. When technology first came in, people tracked their usage as it was a new thing that came up. As time passes by, we grow more used to it, and stop paying attention to the amount of time spent on them. This is why the garden proceeds to get less organised and messier.
